Body Awareness Pilates is located in the Courtyards at Talega, with major cross streets being Avenida Pico and La Pata- just 1.5 miles from the 5 freeway. We are located on the second floor of the medical building, which is situated in the same shopping center as Starbucks and Z pizza. Parking is accessible and convenient. The Studio is located within our 2,500 square foot wellness center. Our highly staff is highly trained to meet the individual needs of our clients.

If you are coming from NORTH of Ave Pico, take the 5 South to Ave Pico and turn left. Take Ave Pico for about 2 miles. Pass Ave La Pata and turn left on The Courtyards. The clinic is on the second floor.

If you are coming from SOUTH of Ave Pico, take the 5 North to Ave Pico and turn right, then follow the directions above to get to the clinic.
